Hey Ladies!
I am beginning EARLY-BIRD registration for our upcoming FALL 2013 SCRAPBOOKING RETREATS AT HAPPY VALLEY!!
This SPECIAL 4-NIGHT VETERAN'S DAY RETREAT begins on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 3pm and ends on Monday, Nov. 11 at 3pm. The costs for the retreat options are as follows:
Thursday-Sunday OR Friday-Monday = $265
Thursday-Monday (4 nights!!) = $325
If I do not fill this retreat with 3 and 4-night guests, I will open it up to guests who would like to come for only 2 nights. Both October retreats (October 10 and October 17 weekends) are available with 2-night options, if this is your preference.
Early-bird registration ENDS July 1st! An additional $20 will be charged for all registrations after July 1st!
The costs at Happy Valley are significantly higher than at Camp Hammer, so in order to keep costs similar to what we have paid in the past, we will eliminate "extras" (like raffle prizes and goodie bags) from our cropping weekends going forward. BUT, each guest will have her own table, and the accommodations are much nicer than at Camp Hammer (2-4 per room instead of 8-10 and NO BUNK BEDS, unless you want to have one). Your minimal on-line deposit of $25 here on Eventbrite is NON-REFUNDABLE, but will be applied to the final cost of your retreat. Once you have registered, I will send you an invoice, and will need your final payment by August 1st. Feel free to make payments of smaller amounts between now and then, if that is helpful.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NO refunds of deposits will be given. Once your payment has been made in full, you can receive a FULL refund (minus the $25 deposit) up until one month prior to retreat, a 50% refund until one week prior to the retreat, and no refunds can be given within one week of the retreat start date.
